With over 30 years of experience spanning crucial sectors like healthcare, pharmaceutical development, human resources, Six Sigma, and project management, John has built a distinguished career marked by operational excellence and strategic leadership. His professional journey, which includes pharmacist roles at Walgreens and key leadership positions with Eli Lilly and Company across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and the USA, gives him a unique cross-cultural perspective.
As a highly-regarded leader who has successfully driven performance improvement, innovation, and people development on a global scale, John brings a proven methodology—reinforced by his certification as a Maxwell Leadership Team Member—to empower clients to translate their potential into meaningful, measurable impact.
